Both were born and raised in the Tri-Cities and its school system. We have spent many years in and around the area and on the waterfront. Although the area has grown considerably since our childhood, it still has a small town feel and is very enjoyable with abundant activities.

Wonderful neighborhood, less that 9.5 Miles from the airport in a very quiet area. Neighbors look out after one another here. There is not much that goes on that people are not aware of, especially with cameras these days. Great location as well, centrally located, 2.5 miles from the Three Rivers Convention Center, close to The Columbia Center, many wineries, dinning, grocery stores, banks, entertainment, movie theaters, Costco, Queens gate, fast food or as I like to say, just minutes to anywhere. Home includes just about everything that one might need, free Wi-Fi, all your bedding. pillows, blankets, towels and even washer/dryer (soap). Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig or Old style, pots pans, dishes, etc and cupboard with spices. Not sure if it's there....just ask. If you need something, stores are also close by.
