It is one of the oldest residential communities in Washington, and, with roughly 35,000 people in just under 2 square miles (5 km), it is also one of the most densely populated. Steps from Union Station and The Capitol - enjoy a stroll down to Sidamo Coffee for a delicious morning coffee and breakfast sandwich! We are also about a 20 minute walk away from Union Market and Trader Joes!
