Gorgeous Oceanfront Villa with Views of the Port Royal Sound Oceanfront 1BR, 1 bath villa is ready for your romantic getaway or island escape! This beautiful beachside villa offers sunrise views of Port Royal Sound & the Atlantic Ocean. This 3rd-floor gem has some of the best views in the complex. Fully equipped kitchen w/granite counters, 1 bedroom w/all new bedding, full bathroom with vanity, only steps to 1 of the 3 pools on the property. Enjoy sunrise views from the private deck. Perfect escape in a natural setting away from the hustle & bustle of the more touristy places on the island, yet only minutes from shopping, dining & activities.This 3rd-floor villa is easily accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Enter into the hallway with the bedroom tucked away from the living space with a Queen Size bed and television. The bathroom boasts a walk-in subway tile shower. Twin bunk beds are discretely built into the hallway. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from the updated kitchen and the living area! Sunny doors provide natural light and access to the private balcony with amazing ocean views. The couch serves as twin sofa sleeper providing additional sleeping space.  The villa is complete with a washer and dryer! Our villa is best suited for business travelers, romantic getaways or a couple with small children.  . ***We are located on the third-floor requiring traversing two and a half flights of stairs... which are a breeze... but wanted to make sure any wheelchair or elderly concerns are noted. There are no elevators at The Spa.*** **The outdoor pools are open April 1- October 31. The indoor pool is open year round.**

2025 Beach Renourishment Project: Phase One Phase One of the 2025 beach renourishment project is scheduled to begin this August at Fish Haul Creek. Temporary access restrictions will be in place during this time to allow for the completion of the necessary work. The Spa at Port Royal Sound is located as the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Port Royal Sound on the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Relax as the ocean waters roll onto the sands surrounding the villa or spend the day beachcombing for seashells and other treasures. If you prefer larger waves and umbrella lined beaches, there are public beach access points just minutes from the Spa. This gated community includes 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, picnic/BBQ area, basketball court, and beach with a pier. Please note: outdoor pools close for the season on Oct 30. Sundeck of the mid pool will remain open, weather permitting! The Spa On Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure! Located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC.
