We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of USD1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to USD1,500. The waiver is USD62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout.
