Upscale Mansion in the heart of Miami. Home has been completely remodeled and updated. Less than 5 minutes away from the Miami International Airport and only 15 minutes away from South Beach. Close to everything. Plenty of Parking. Close to park and community recreation center. Residence has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It includes, office, game room, arcade, indoor and outdoor bar, 2 outdoor fireplaces, huge balconies, oversized pool, barbecue, regular basketball, pool basketball, jacuzzi, billiards, foosball, domino table, boardgames, dvd with movie collection, 12 large flatscreen tv's throughout the property and lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Plenty of room and sitting for large groups. Residence is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Greetings, My name is Rick and the Sunset House is available for your enjoyment. My kids grew up in this home and now they have homes of their own. Residence has been completely remodeled and updated. I am currently a Super host on airbnb and VRBO. We pride ourselves in offering great customer service as well as providing an array of activities indoor and outdoor so large groups have plenty to enjoy.
Miami Springs is a small residential community. Voted one of the most safe communities in the nation. Close to the MIA Airport(less than 5min). Lots of parks and walking paths. Downtown area with lots of local shops and restaurants. Close to highways.
