This spacious and stylish apartment is perfect for any group or family wanting to be in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. It has immediate access to Van Andel, DeVos, Medical Mile, GVSU, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars. This apartment is newly remodeled, very modern, clean and cozy. This welcoming space has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, in-unit washer and dryer, designated home office, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free private parking. This plush duplex is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.
