Enjoy a beach break at a family-friendly condo that celebrates the beach! You'll perk up after travel immediately when you step inside this condo full of natural light and casual beach decor. Chill out on the private furnished patio, or break out the private gas grill for a delicious dinner. The main area is separated from the bedrooms by a door, so you'll be able to head off to bed peacefully. If you want an even deeper sleep, just pull the room darkening shades closed. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay. It's just a short walk from the condo to the beach and the San Clemente Pier - it's a very walkable one-third-of-a-mile! Guests can connect easily to the San Clemente Beach Trail. Rent a bike from Urban Bicycle Outfitters (one-and-a-half miles away) to coast along the trail with ease. Enjoy an early dinner at Pierside Kitchen & Bar two blocks away, or take in something sweet at La Galette Creperie. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, but does feature ceiling fans. The ocean breeze is also effective for cooling the interior. The shared garage is narrow and fits a compact car; Street parking is available Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). This home features old plumbing. Please do not flush any products down the drain. Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are available for guest use. A high chair, age-appropriate games, and beach toys are available for younger guests.
