Hi, I’m Grace, owner of Nova Vacation Rentals. After a career in medicine, my husband Brian, a retired Navy officer, and I began hosting a small collection of thoughtfully maintained homes. Our love of the water brought us to Southwest Florida, where we now enjoy sharing several waterfront properties with guests from around the world. We focus on comfort, care, and the details that make each stay memorable.

Property information

Villa Azule is a luxurious, contemporary waterfront property designed for comfort and relaxation. Conveniently located, a 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 bikes with bike locks, fishing rods and 2 kayaks are provided for your use. Equipped with a boat lift and lifts for two wave runners, you may bring your boat, or rent one from several nearby marinas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, coffee maker and dishes required for casual and elegant dining both inside and outside. The patio is equipped with a propane firepit coffee table for the cooler evenings. This home has three master suites; a king size bed upstairs with jetted tub, a suite with two queen size beds, and a downstairs king size bed master bedroom, all with private ensuite full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and adjacent full bathroom. An inflatable queen size bed is also available for the living room. The home has amazing waterfront views, whereby you and your guests can fish off of the dock and relax on the ground level or upstairs deck, all beautifully furnished and well maintained.

You are within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Indian Rocks Beach. This is a residential neighborhood, safe and quiet.
