Located two blocks from the St. Augustine historic district with its bars, world-renown restaurants and unique shopping. 4 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, brand new kitchen. The front porch, complete with rocking chairs, is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. The location is terrific, and you will find the house very comfortable with all the amenities and toiletries you need.

The property is located in an upscale neighborhood called Flagler's Model Land, just a block from where the historic Flagler Mansion used to stand. You are close to everything here and we highly recommend walking most places. If you're going to a function at Francis Field, it is literally at the end of our block. It's so much fun to go to all of the festivals that happen there.
