If you have questions, please reach out to 516-7OO-2589 The open layout 5000 square foot floor plan makes this Villa the perfect getaway for large family outings, company retreats or a group of friends getting out of the city. With seven bedrooms and 11 comfortable queen size beds, it's a spacious setting for making connections and memories. The following attractions in the immediate vicinity: Shawnee SKI, Snowboard, Tubing resort (5 minutes); Camelback SKI, Snowboard, Tubing resort; Mt. Airy Lodge & Casino; Bushkill Falls; Fernwood Golf Course & Great Bear Golf Course; Delaware Water Gap; The first floor consists of a 1000 Sq. Ft. game room including a pool table, foosball table, bar, a fire burning stove and 50” flat screen TV. This open area plan opens into a Gorgeous Kitchen with 16 foot ceilings and other features. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The Second Floor has another large 700 sq ft living space with a large balcony, a 65” Flat smart TV, a library with a poker table and other games and another sitting area. There are four bedrooms on this floor. Outside we have a large patio with a Weber Gas Grill, a 6 person hot tub, a 36’ foot long pool that is 9 foot deep (on deep end), built in firepit, and a lounging area with several loungers. A treehouse style playground with a tire swing is fully private for kids on our property. Pool is available from mid April - mid November Pool propane fuel heating costs are not included in the price of the rental. Please inquire regarding pool heating costs.
We are a husband and wife team dedicated full time to giving our guests a quality and fun experience. We've been coming to the Poconos since were were kids and it truly feels like a second home. Every time we come up here, we discover something new and do our best to share with guests who come to stay in our properties. We are a 15 minute walk to a public lake (Hidden Lake) which houses beautiful hikes and allows for fishing/kayaking. For winter sports, we are located 5 minutes away from Shawnee Skiing and Tubing (With the best ski schools in the Pocono mountains) Famous Bushkill Falls are 10 minutes away from us
