The upper level includes two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, featuring a master suite with an ensuite jacuzzi. Enjoy stunning mountain views from the hot tub, unwind by one of the two fireplaces, or discover serenity in the meditation chapel. For an additional cost, the downstairs area offers an extra bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom, along with an office equipped with two desks and a conference table. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a live/work space, or an intimate event, the villa effortlessly blends comfort and sophistication, providing the perfect retreat for any purpose.
For the past 30 years, my husband and I have traveled internationally for work. Sometimes, our paths cross in Africa, Mexico, or Chile, for example. He works in construction, and I work in fashion. We have met the most incredible people and experienced amazing places and food on this beautiful rock we spin on. This villa encompasses the heart of many of our travels, presenting an eclectic mix of beauty, luxury, and intrigue. Both of us are New Yorkers (I am a native), and we share Cuban descent. Cooking, surreal art, senior rescue dogs, and McDonald's French fries are my main interests, while my husband simply enjoys the ride. Fun fact: I have eaten McD's fries in 28 countries (and maybe more).
The town of Roxbury is conveniently located just minutes away from three ski mountains and several wedding venues. Its picturesque landscape offers opportunities for kayaking, hiking trails, fishing, bowling, swimming, private dining, art galleries, and musical events. Additionally, there are three golf courses within a short distance and a diverse selection of restaurants and boutiques. Notably, Roxbury is easily accessible, being only 2.5 hours away from the George Washington Bridge (GWB). Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, art lover, or someone who enjoys fine dining and shopping, Roxbury provides a charming and accessible destination.
