Sitting on an active vineyard, this charming cottage overlooks lovely Keuka Lake and the valley below. Private and open, peaceful moments with your favorite person are inevitable. The wood-lined interior has high ceilings, ample natural lighting, and plush furnishings. The perfect area for streaming your favorite shows, the living room also boasts a bar cart - well-equipped for whipping up cocktails or pouring a glass of wine.
The full kitchen will impress your group's chef with its large center island, stainless steel appliances, and separate coffee station. Dining is available at both the breakfast bar and formal dining table. Read a book, enjoy the retro arcade table, or just chill out in the spacious loft.
The sizable bedroom is cooled by central air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Additional features of the home include its loft, private washer/dryer, and spacious deck - equipped with a gas grill. As the sun begins to set over another day, gather around the firepit's dancing flames.
Within a mile and a half of the cottage, explore a local winery, brewery, distillery, coffee roaster, Keuka College, and eateries. Venture out a little farther and take advantage of the home's proximity to Keuka Lake State Park, Windmill Farm & Craft Market, Lakeside Country Club, and Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.
This home is EV owner-friendly with an on-site level-2 charger and complimentary evening charging, 7 pm - 7 am.
Things to Know
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
