Viridian is a modern, luxury condominium complex on 30A in Seagrove Beach. The complex sits above the famous upscale dining restaurant, Surfing Deer. Just across 30A, the brand new resort pool has an incredible, unobstructed view of Seagrove Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This high end complex spares no expense and presents one of the most unique and breathtaking condos on 30A and perhaps on the entire gulf coast. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
