A cozy and comfy place to stay and relax in Bay Area. Walking distance to Daly City Bart (8mins) and #14 bus station. Walking distance to Mission Plaza (Starbucks, lucky and restaurants). We have 4 newly remodeled and refurnished apartment units here in the property with your own private entrance. Each private unit consists of Two(2) Bedrooms with Queen Size beds, One(1) Bath, a Separated Living Area with Sofa Bed, Full Kitchen and 1 Free Parking slot suitable for a compact car. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of USD3O/night. You'll have an access to the stairs in front for you to go up to your unit. For the Laundry, it's downstairs at the end of the parking lot area; near the trash cans. You'll have an access to one parking slot inside our garage. For SUV, MINIVAN and TRUCK the nearest paid overnight parking is in Bart station which is 5 minutes walking distance from the property. We also accept Long Term bookings more than 28 days stay. We would just require a background check process through a secure website online with a small fee c/o by guest. We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional small utility fee of USD1OO per month for long term stays. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of USD15O per month maximum one pet only.
