Excellent walking convenience to everywhere in Waikiki!
This is a legal short-term rental apartment, fully furnished with two bedrooms and one bath, accommodating up to 6 or 7 travelers.
Price is before tax, including a FREE PARKING, and free high-speed internet. Each bedroom is provided with a portable AC. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, a rice cooker, too!. Free daily Starbucks coffee, tea, & basic cooking ingredients.
There are beach essentials (chairs, boogie boards, etc), a crib & high chair for toddler. Surfboard is available upon request. Bathrobes and bath/beach towels. The bathroom has hairdryer, hair straightener, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, and other bath amenities.
CLEANING/LAUNDRY
All linens are replaced & washed every time after guests check out.
The laundry room is next to the elevator on each floor. It costs 3.5 US dollars per wash and 3.5 US dollars per dry. The washer & dryer operates by credit card or app. Detergent is provided free in the unit.
REFUND POLICY
You will see the refund policy details after you select your dates for booking.
In addition, cancellation during the stay, due to any external reasons which are not caused by the owner and the unit itself, will not get refund.
PLEASE NOTE
The property has louvre windows outside and anti-noise windows inside all bedrooms, covered with darkening curtains. Please note that the building locates next to an intersection. You will still hear traffic noise. This is Waikiki center of tourists, a busy city with full of life. Please do not expect a quiet environment like in the countryside.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
A gated parking is provided FREE! The gate height limit is 6’6f. The parking stall fits a full-sized car (not for a van). See the parking image in the photos.
Parking is tough & expensive in Waikiki. Guests staying in our apartment have no hassle with parking.

HIGH SCORE-LOCATION!
The Royal Aloha building rates a high score for walking friendliness. It is adjacent to the Ala Wai canal; a 2-minute-walk to the bus stop; and convenient to a 7-Eleven, the Food Pantry Supermarket, Fort DeRussy Park, Army Museum, the International Market, McDonalds, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Hawaii Convention Center, the massive Ala Moana Shopping Center. Most notably the fabulous Waikiki beaches, and a huge variety of restaurants and stores in Waikiki, all within walking distance from this unit. The location will give you the best of all worlds.
Please note that this is not a hotel. The apartment was renovated in 2023, located on the 5th floor of the Royal Aloha building. This is an old and well-maintained building in Waikiki with 24/7 security staff on site.
