Road/Driveway/Sidewalk snow does get plowed and maintained if over 3" but timing depends on storms. AWD/4WD is required in winter months if attending during snowstorms, there is no parking anywhere besides the house to leave a vehicle if you can not make it up the street, it will be towed as all private property. No refunds will be given if you can not make it to the property because of a vehicle. **
