Each vacation home is always cared for by our professional local teams who implement our high cleanliness and maintenance values, while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management--marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website--are handled by a specialized central support team. Nestled in the brand-new Wasatch Springs community, this spacious 4BR/3.5BA home is near Park City. Highlights include an open-concept living area and chef’s kitchen, an additional living area, and a balcony with a private hot tub.
Enjoy walking trails in the community or head to Jordanelle State Park and reservoir. The slopes at Park City are under 15 minutes away.
LIVING AREA
The open living area provides a wonderful place to relax and entertain. Cozy up on the reclining sectional and watch favorite shows on the 60” smart TV.
A second living area has a 55” smart TV and a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
The pristine kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, as well as ample cookware and counter space.
Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table.
BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps up to 11 guests between the four bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.
Find comfort in the peaceful primary bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, 48” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 40” smart TV, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom provides a bunk bed with three twin beds and a 40” smart TV, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV.
The third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while a half bath offers added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax after fun-filled days on the balcony, complete with a private hot tub.
WHAT’S NEARBY
The slopes at Park City are less than 15 minutes away.
Head to Jordanelle Reservoir for a leisurely stroll or bike ride around the water. Walking trails can also be found in your neighborhood.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
