Enjoy our unbeatable location minutes from the ocean, Hard Rock Casino, FLL Airport, Dania Pier, and FLL cruise port. Experience water sports, fresh seafood, and a relaxed vibe. After exploring, unwind in the hot tub overlooking the water or sip mojitos by the rooftop fire pit at sunset. The ultimate blend of relaxation and adventure awaits. Large spacious home great for families and large groups. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a queen size pull out couch. Master Suite has a king size bed, single person size futon, Spa bathroom, and walk in closet. Living room has queen size sleeper sofa. Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 5 bedroom, 4 bedroom, or 3 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms. We live very close by but won't be invading your space. We have lawn care that comes every other week, hot tub maitence once a week, and someone that will be taking the trash out on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Water front home. Our waterway has ocean access with no fixed bridges. 75 ft of water front so bring your big boat! Just 6 miles to the Ocean! Hard work Hotel/Casino 3.8 miles away. Very close to Fort Lauderdale airport at 4 miles away. North Miami & Aventura Mall 11.4 miles. Sawgrasss Mills outlet mall 13 miles away. Private Driveway with room for up to 4 cars! There is a MAXIUM of 4 cars allowed at this house. We recommend rental cars/Uber/Lyft
