Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) The bedroom features a king-size bed, a bay window, and a 32 TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle. There is also a paid parking lot adjacent to the building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the next-door unit for more space. THE LOCATION This rental boasts an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day on the sand, travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
