This is a brand new suite, on the second floor, facing Indian River with a private entrance . Bathroom was designed for a outside view to the river. You may see dolphins while taking a shower. Acreage waterfront property. Exterior stairs with a deck to access the private suites' entrance. Spectacular river view from the suites. Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, birds, fishing and kayaking. Within easy driving distance to stores, restaurants, access to Hwy 95. Only 38 minutes East of Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hour to the theme parks, 50 minutes to Daytona Beach, 9 min to NASA, 20 min to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Cocoa Village, Cocoa Beach.
