Waterfront deep water home on Bethel Island. This house is just a three minute boat ride to fast water to enjoy boating, water sports, fishing, or dining at a variety of waterfront restaurants. This comes with a 40x16 boat slip for your use.
This has a very large lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play or swim and fish right off the dock.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, two big screen smart TV’s, coffee maker, and best of all a plush massage recliner that is heated.
