We Love the area because it's a Private Gated Community & not as crazy , not anywhere near as much traffic as say Fort Meyers or Sarasota, but yet theres plenty to do. Just Minutes to Boca Grande & Englewood/Manasota Key beautiful Sunny Beaches, Atlanta Braves & Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Baseball. Concrete 2008 Well Constructed Steel Roof Building survived 3 Major Hurricanes in 2 years with just minimal damage and stayed fully operational during the 2 years.
