「The view from the back deck is amazing. We enjoyed coffee outside each morning overlooking the mountains. The owner was very kind and responsive. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, keurig, laundry room in the basement. Extra toothbrushes...」
Waterville Estate is like no other. Aside from being located in a stunning area, the amenities are second to none. At the top of our mountain we have the Waterville Estate Community Center. Here, we have 4x pools, hot tubs, a full gymnasium, tennis courts, picket ball courts, basketball courts, kids center, playground and much more. At the estate we also have the Campton Mountain Ski area with our own ski lift! Its a smaller mountain thats great for kids and beginngers. WE also have a restaurant and bars that are open year round. 5 minutes down the road we also have Owls Nest Country Club. Its a phenominal track and is surrounded by stunning views!
The pool, playground, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, fishing on the pond, and picnic area are not at the house; all are located at the Waterville States Community Center, 3 minutes drive and 1.3 miles away.
