Retreat to this Beach House right in the Heart of Melbourne Florida. This beach-themed home has a full kitchen, an open layout living, and dining room, a screened-in back patio with a grill, a fully fenced-in back yard, laundry, and a saltwater heated pool. Your home away from home is a mere three-minute walk to Paradise Beach Park, featuring 3 beach access points, 3 covered pavilions, a playground and so much more. Your home away from home has a pool and is just a short walk from the crisp Atlantic Ocean waters, restaurants, beach volleyball, and so much more. Please note, this house is part of a duplex. This house has its own private entrance and the house is not shared. The only shared space is the large covered patio and pool. Each house has its own seating area just outside the house.
