Want to take your boat/skis/kayak/paddle board and spend the day at a nearby sandbar? Do it, takes 10mins. Want to catch dinner (red/black drum, trout, an occasional shark), toss a line out from the dock or kayak and see what happens. Access to ammenities such as a game room, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, corn hole boards, you can even rent a water blow up bouncy house daily. Chad Landing is a perfect coastal getaway for friends or family vacations.

My name is Chad and you have landed at my personal getaway!! I'm fun, laid back, and willing to help lift heavy things at a moments notice. You will be contacted by me multiple times prior to arrival. I get excited to share all the details and things to do. I live 20 mins away; Chad Landing was my home for several years and i love this place more than anything. I'm as available as you need. Once you're checked in and situated, I'm hands off unless you need something. The next-door neighbors in the blue house live there full time. They do have a small dog (Bently) that is free roaming, but they will never be far behind him. He is the sweetest dog so don't be afraid. If you have issues with animals, please let me know so i can tell them to be extra watchful.

Rural and friendly neighborhood, one way in, one way out. Short walk to the famous Riverview Cafe, convenient store, and Sneads Ferry boat ramp. 15 min drive to Surf City/North Topsail Island. 15 min boat ride to the New River Inlet at North Topsail or a 15 min kayak to a sandbar to hang out for the day. There is plenty of parking at the house. Enough driveway for several cars. There is plenty of parking at the boat ramp, corner store, or Riverview Cafe down the road.
