Casa de Photograph (nod to Def Leppard 😉), is an offering for most any traveler. Play board games, take a sip at the coffee/wine bar, be a chef & cook a meal, plug away in the work space or unplug & relax on the deck, in the pool (*unheated*) or on the dock. Bask in beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Take a ride in our bicycle friendly neighborhood. Take your boat or kayak out on the deep water access canal. Downtown is a short 15 min. away & the beaches are an easy drive. Find your bliss & enjoy. An EV charger is available for a minimal cost per day. ***PLEASE NOTE *Pool is *unheated*, there are no safety locks or gates (with the exception of the pool screen) and no bicycle helmets are provided. By booking, you are hereby accepting any and all liability for your stay in our home, your use of the pool and your use of the bicycles. *All guests must be registered and listed, with the exception of minors accompanying a parent/guardian. *Pool is serviced early on Saturday mornings and lawn is generally mowed on Tuesdays or Thursdays. *Grill must be cleaned after each use. A charge is due from guest for uncleaned grill. *Due to medical conditions of owners and guests, NO ANIMAL POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. *If a booking guest causes damage above the damage policy limits, by booking you are hereby expressly agreeing to recompense owners for any all all damages above allowable damage policy limits.

This is a beautifully tucked away hidden gem waterfront community. Additionally, there is a community dock and park area, for your enjoyment. Please kindly let me know, if you plan to use this public space during your stay and please follow any and all community rules. Although you will see many Neighbors bicycling, golf carting or walking, a car is a must to go anywhere outside the neighbourhood.
