Lovely Guest House immediately off the famous St. Charles Avenue Streetcar line (from A Streetcar Named Desire). We are just a 6 minute ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The house is two-story with a grand staircase constructed in 1850 & restored recently to its original grandeur. We are only 1 and half blocks from the Mardi Gras parade route and streetcar named desire line. Property is very quiet and known for this! 24 hour access and coded rooms. The property has all King sized beds and private coded entrance. The front door is also coded and guests can receive a code prior to arriving to access the building. Someone lives on-site and can help you with simple needs such as sheet and towel replacement and local entertainment advice! We are a quiet property and love our guests! Very upscale common area with relaxed atmosphere. Access to kitchen with no stove use allowed due to city code. Microwave and all other items available. Pillow-top or cushioned beds,

We are not for high maintenance guests but rather those who are laid-back and want an affordable, quiet place to stay close enough to all the attractions yet close to where the locals live!
