Set on a private point with 230 feet of shoreline, it feels secluded yet is only 5 minutes from the boat launch, Publix, gas, and dining. This home’s setting is unmatched: private lakefront with no highway noise, direct lake access with no bridges, and deep, drought-proof water. Nestled in a quiet cove, you’ll enjoy calm water for swimming, kayaking, and fishing, with the main channel just minutes away for boating and exploring. Inside, the spacious layout sleeps 12 comfortably. The master suite offers a king bed, private bath, and lake views. A queen bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the water, while a bunk room with two twin-over-full sets is perfect for kids or groups. A private loft and game room with pullout sofa add extra sleeping and hangout space. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone has room to relax. Entertainment is built in. Roku TVs, a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, basketball, and bikes keep the fun going indoors and out. Younger guests will love the swing set, while the level yard is ideal for bocce, badminton, or horseshoes. Evenings are best around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the stars. Outdoors, enjoy a spacious sun deck and private dock for swimming, fishing, or soaking up the view.
