Lincoln is a family-friendly town with year-round attractions. It's minutes to Main Street, 3 miles to Loon, 11 miles to Cannon, and 28 miles to Waterville Valley. Take a scenic 42-mile drive to North Conway on Rte 112 for breath-taking fall foliage. Mansion Hill Condominiums, a private family-friendly community. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties, pets, smoking, or vaping allowed. Maximum of 6 guests. Welcome to my cozy and spacious home away from home! This inviting space features two bedrooms and two full baths, providing the perfect spot for family and friends to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your cooking adventures. In the open living/dining room, you'll find a table for 6, a futon sofa, and a flat-screen TV with cable TV, WiFi, and Chromecast for streaming. Entertainment options abound with a PS2 console and various board games. Step outside to the large back balcony for a breath of fresh air. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. Convenience is key with an in-unit washer and dryer, along with provided bed linens and bath towels. Parking is available for two vehicles, but please be aware that motorcycles or campers are not allowed. For safety reasons, no BBQ grill or use of the wood stove is allowed. During warmer months, a portable A/C unit is available. Please note that the back of the unit faces the highway, so you may hear some noise with the windows open. Relax and make yourself at home in this welcoming retreat – your perfect home away from home!
