Near the Dunegrass Golf Course and Old Orchard Beach Pier, this brand-new two-story 2BR/3BA townhome features tasteful furnishings and private en-suite bathrooms. A living room, sitting room, and three outdoor areas offer plenty of space for your group.
Restaurant-rich downtown Portland awaits within a 25-minute drive, and Kennebunkport is 20 minutes from home.
LIVING AREAS
This spacious two-story townhome has a living room, a sitting room, and three breezy outdoor spaces.
Find a stylish sofa and two armchairs in the living room, where a gas fireplace adds warm ambiance on cool evenings. Gather around the 52” TV for a movie screening, or take a seat at the desk to catch up on emails.
Settle in with a good book in the sitting room, furnished with a sofa, armchair, and settee.
KITCHEN & DINING
Granite counters and stainless steel appliances make cooking a dream in the sleek kitchen. The side-by-side fridge has room for all your groceries, and the cabinets are stocked with all the cookware and gadgetry the chef in your group might need.
Enjoy a quick bite at the three-person breakfast bar, or dine family-style at a formal dining table for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, and each has a 52” TV and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms share an expansive balcony with seating for two.
Upstairs, the master suite is detailed with king bed, 52” TV, and walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity.
The guest room also has a king-size bed, and its en-suite bath is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Another full bathroom on the lower floor has a walk-in shower and plenty of beach towels.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The covered back deck offers a cushioned bench and two chairs overlooking the front yard.
Start your day with morning coffee on the garden-view front porch where there's seating for two.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
