Nicely appointed two level condominium located just two blocks to the Ocean, Boardwalk and a short stroll to everything in town Rehoboth Beach. You will enjoy the community pool, spacious living area, separate dining room, screened porch and deck. This property also boasts 3 bedrooms, including one that is ensuite, two car assigned parking and an elevator in the building for easy access to the unit. The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
