This property is noted for the old grape vines that are grown on the property. This is one of the reasons why we are able to produce good wines. The house on the inside is very warm and inviting. The master bath has a steam shower for a body and foot message.

My husband loves to cook and loves to drink wine. One of his dreams in life was to own a winery. In July 2007, I was on the internet and found 2 vineyards we could afford and one being this property. So we decided to take a day trip.... We found Drytown located on the map so off we went . When we arrived in this tiny town of Drytown we learned there were 202 people living here. When we arrived at the property we started driving down a long driveway with vineyards on both side of us. Joe said to me. "Lets get it" I said to him "are you crazy? That was the beginning of our adventure.

This property suits our needs for several reasons. The beauty and awesome valley view of the property makes you want to seat and relax with a glass of wine. The property is very private and has 40+ wineries within 10 minutes of the house. Lots of activities we can do that are close by such as Mine for Gold, Antique Shop, Hiking, Great Restaurants, Winery Hop, Golf or even go to Jackson Rancheria Casino or Ski at Kirkwood which is about one hour or so drive away.
