Property information

Winterstar is located in Fraser on the free winter shuttle and close to the Safeway grocery store. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed. This spacious unit has wonderfully modern furnishings and a gas fireplace in the living room with an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen and dining area. There is a small private deck with mountain views. The full kitchen has newer cabinets, appliances and countertops and overlooks the dining area. A small bonus room is located off of the living room with a twin sofa sleeper and a good spot to relax The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower and walk-in closet. In the second bedroom there are 2 twins and access to the common hallway bathroom. Amenities in unit: Wi-Fi access, private deck, gas fireplace, views of Winter Park Resort. Amenities on property: Outdoor hot tub is currently closed , heated garage access for 1 car with electric car charging station. Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC. We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.

This property is located Fraser which is 2 miles from the Main Street of downtown Winter Park where guests can enjoy a number of shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and outdoor activities. The Winter Park Ski Resort is 5 miles from the property and there is free transportation on the town shuttle provided.
