LIVING AREA
The main living area is directly off the kitchen and features a gorgeous stone wood-burning fireplace, large windows facing the back yard, a big comfy couch, and a 65' smart TV with Netflix and Blu-ray player.
The second living area is adjacent to the dining area and also features a lovely stone gas fireplace. Plus a large wooden desk, card table, leather sofa, and a bench built into the window. Kids (and kids at heart) will love the Star Wars pinball machine, too!
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is wrapped in beautiful natural wood cabinets and features modern appliances and a gas range. Prep meals big and small at the granite breakfast bar, which opens to the dining and living areas for easy entertaining.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed with a built-in window seat and access to the back patio. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a separate shower with built-in seat.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed with L-shaped twin bunk beds overhead, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and 40' TV.
The fourth bedroom features more L-shaped, twin bunk beds with an additional twin bunk across the room -- the perfect slumber party space for kids!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for five cars (two in the garage and three in the driveway).
Ten maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
