Pet Friendly: Up to 2 pets allowed for a 400dollar flat fee. Damage Protection—The 32-dollar charge listed as a "service fee" on your quote covers the purchase of 2500 dollars of "all-risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in your contract. If you’d like a copy of your damage protection, please reach out for more details.
