Even more options for Summer time!! TownLake, Trail, and UT are only a 5 to 10 min walk. Only 90 min from New York. IMPORTANT - All Guests must wear the wristbands that are given to you when you are outside in the community. These wristbands are specific to house and inform local security that you are our guests. The bands are located on the dining table. Please make sure to return every wristband that is given to you as there are limited given to each household - any wristbands that are not returned will be charged per band. Max number of vehicles: 4 Max number of people: 6. Fee will be added for extra car. Trash and refuse shall not be left or stored on the exterior of the house or curbs. There is NO trash pick-up service - EACH guest must dispose of their trash at the dumpster. Please follow map instructions to get to the dumpster.
