Arrive in a fantastic, well established family neighborhood where you can park your car and enjoy your stay. There are two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two full size beds. The upstairs bathroom offers some storage space and a full size tub. The second bathroom is located in the walk out basement. It is a full bath with a shower stall. In the basement you will find the washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a nice living room where you can lounge around before you head to the beach or play games after a long day of exploring. A nice size TV is available for your entertainment and central A/C to cool you off after a hot day in the sun. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen provides a full fridge, mini stove/oven, versatile coffee maker (makes full pot or K-cups), microwave and toaster oven. There is no dishwasher. The dining room provides some more space for you to enjoy your lobster dinner, with a table that seats six. There is a comfortable couch for added seating. Off the dining room, you can enjoy the deck life while you grill your burgers, sip some drinks and enjoy the fresh air and the wide array of birds. There is a small side deck that adds a separate outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees in the semi-private yard. A great spot to sip your coffee in the morning.
Load up the beach cart and the chairs (which are both provided) for your short four minute walk to Lewis Bay where you can enjoy the day swimming, fishing, collecting crabs, taking long walks or soaking up some rays. Afterwards, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower just outside the basement. From the front yard, you can see Mill Creek which is a few hundred feet away. Bring your kayaks and spend hours paddling around the Creek which flows into Lewis Bay.
Catch some spectacular sunsets just outside the door at the end of the road.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
