Yellow Barn Estate features an 8k sq ft timber frame barn built by owner over 9 years from wood collected and milled from our 27 acres of woodland. The estate features 5 bedrooms all with full bathrooms, a great hall, dining room, full kitchen and living room with entertainment center, one covered and screened patio with two open decks including one fire pit. There is 27 acres of land boarding state woodland and an large open back lawn for large gatherings, weddings, and outdoor games. This a unique estate that is near the Greek Peak sky resort and everything the Ithaca NY region has to offering including: hiking, sailing, rafting, gorges and NY's finest wine country.
