Adorable historic victorian home remodeled to modern convenience. Garage with EV charging. Walk to gold rush era downtown shops, restaurants, farmer's market.
1 hour from Yosemite and close to ski areas, hiiking. lakes, wine tasting, casinos and all the Sierra mountains offer.
Enjoy the Sierra sunsets from the front porch. Fully functioning kitchen with new microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, toaster and Keurig coffee maker, Two bedrooms with queen beds Wi-Fi internet, TV.
We live in Sonora CA and have a second home in Lake Tahoe.
