Spend your days on the sand using the provided beach gear, and your evenings on the deck with a glass of wine, grilling freshly caught fish on the gas barbecue. Upstairs, the open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a cozy living room centered around a three-sided gas fireplace. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, from a coffee maker to a toaster oven, along with full utensils, dishware, and pans. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level. Downstairs, retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. A full bathroom on this level ensures privacy and convenience. Keyless entry means no stress over late arrivals or key pickups, and a private two-car garage provides easy parking.

We have enjoyed hosting guests for 20 years. We love meeting people from around the globe. Most of our guests are return families. Avila Beach has been part of our family for 70+ years and we are so happy to be able to share it with people from far away as well as nearby.

Come & discover one of the best beaches in California- located in the quaint little town of Avila. The south-facing beach is perfect for enjoying the beach or swimming in the ocean. It is much warmer, less foggy & more serene than surrounding beaches. It typically averages a high of 70 most of the year with cooler evenings. Avila has 2 public piers for fishing or just an evening stroll. The crowds have not yet discovered all that Avila has to offer. It is a short drive to some of the best wine country in the nation. If you like the excitement of the Pismo dunes, you are minutes away. If you have a student at Cal Poly, it is a short drive to the campus. From April thru September, the boardwalk has a fantastic Farmers Market full of food, fresh vegetables and live music. In Avila, the people are friendly, the food is wonderful and the weather is enjoyable year round. It is a MUST visit and we have the place for you!
