This oceanfront duplex boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, two levels of deck space, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach day activities. This property also includes a seasonal community pool available to guests. After a long day of beach, sight-seeing or golf, you can rock the night away in one of the rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, the pool, and the Surf City Pier. The first level is home to three of the bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a deck with ocean views. The second level is home to the living and dining areas, the kitchen, and a bedroom. The spectacular kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, a four-burner range, and oven. It has everything you may need from coffee maker and a toaster to plates, glasses and utensils. The cabinets are a beautiful wood and the countertops are pristine granite. The large square table offers formal seating in additional seating at the bar. The living area provides a tasteful and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sun and surf, golf, or sight-seeing. This room opens onto a deck with endless views of the ocean. It's a perfect place to end the day. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
