Zion Villa's True North is a secluded, majestic and mesmerizing facility within a
10 acre estate. The Villa offers sacred features throughout the interior, and welcomes community and creation by its design of a main living and dining area offering comfortable seating, a large kitchen overlooking the park, an indoor wood burning fireplace, and three patios featuring an outdoor fireplace/chimayo and hot tub.
Over the last 19 years, guests have enjoyed staying at True North’s Zion Villa for many reasons. The Villa features 5 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, with 2 full bathrooms. Experience True North’s sacred sanctuary solo or as a small intimate group to disconnect from the tethers of society.
In 2002 Hank and Mariangela bought an RV and traveled around the West seeking the perfect venue to create a sanctuary, and it was in Zion that they had discovered their True North. Hank and Mariangela have been the loving stewards of Zion Villa True North for almost 19 years, welcoming visitors to their villa since 2006 when they first opened to the public. Creating True North here in Zion National Park was a dream of Mariangela's that she had from her undergraduate years with a dear friend who died of AIDS years ago. Their dream was to design and build a sanctuary where guests could come and "unplug" from the tethers of their lives and connect with their True North through an intimate experience with the natural beauty of Zion. Since then, thousands of guests have visited and experienced the beauty and spirit of True North. Hank and Mariangela consider themselves the current custodians and not the “owners” as we continue the sacred use of the land.
