Enjoy the proximity to Shopping Centre Punta Carretas (50 mts), Golf Club (50 mts). Walking distance to restaurants, traditional food (Parrilladas), wineries, beaches, parks, markets, summer theatre (Carnaval), casino and public transport. One of the safest areas of Montevideo.
