日本「スタッフがとにかく丁寧。設備の説明やタクシー手配など手際よくして下さった他、私がカメラの充電が上手く出来なかった際に、解決のために様々な解決方法を提案し、一緒に動いてくれたので無事解決した。
そして他の方が言うように朝食がとにかくおいしい。一泊のみだったが、最高のホテルだと思える。
またヒヴァに行く際はぜひ利用したい。」
