- Under allowed conditions, the competent authority and Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau will support the necessary needs of customers when guests have positive results. The related costs incurred in this process including accommodation, medical requirements, transportation and other possible requirements will be borne by the customer

- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

- Please note that foreign guests are required to provide valid passport and visa upon check-in.

- Room rate includes breakfast for 2 adults per room. Additional children or 3rd adult in room is surcharged as per Resort policy and paid directly upon check-in.

- Please note that all rooms at Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau are non-smoking. If you smoke in the room, or bring food/leaving an odor from outside into the room, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of 5,000,000 VND/time.
