Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Guests will be transferred to the small day boat in the morning during the 2nd day.

Round-trip transfer by limousine van from Hanoi Old Quarter to Halong City is available at a surcharge. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation time and pick-up point.

For pick-up service, guests must provide their address for pick-up at least 2 days before departure.

Madeline Cruises can assist with transfers from your hotel or from Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi at an extra charge.

Internet speeds in the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay region will be slow and sporadic because the national telecoms infrastructure is still unable to deliver high-speed, broad internet in these areas. There may also be phone service interruptions in certain places and times.

The cruise itself is equipped with a wifi transmitter, but it can only be used at some times of the day.

This defect is beyond the capabilities of the cruise and we would like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
