Karma Waters is self-contained villa with a fully equipped kitchenette with a medium size fridge. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathroom, washing machine, plenty of cupboard space, Wi-Fi, books, games and more. Your villa has its own timber deck for your convenience with an outdoor table and chairs, some comfy lounge chairs and a webber bbq. We offer just one exclusive villa, ensuring that you have most of the waterfront deck, daybed, and sun lounges to yourself. Designed for couples, honeymooners, and friends, the villa can be arranged with a king-size bed or two singles. Enjoy many areas by the waterfront. The main deck with table and chairs, bean bags, yoga mats and some Pilates equipment. The meditation area has comfy clam chairs and another outdoor setting. The stargazing garden has a seat for two to view the wonderful night skies and an outdoor chess set. The luxurious daybed for two, two sunlounges and the lush tropical gardens to explore. The main deck holds group Pilates classes Wednesday mornings if you would like to join in. If you are looking for some pampering we offer massages, facials and body treatments. Private yoga, Pilates, meditation workshops, underwater photography workshops, scuba diving and more can be arranged by appointment. We are proud to be accredited PADI Scuba Diving operators, offering professionally guided diving experiences. Stay-and-dive packages are available for guests looking to combine relaxation with underwater adventure. If you are a certified diver, bring a buddy, a loved one or a friend and head straight from your villa to explore the vibrant reef just offshore. John and Sandy proudly became citizens of Vanuatu in 2023, a place they now call home. We developed the property in 2018, completing the villa in 2025. Passionate about scuba diving and underwater photography, we now run a boutique dive operation, Critter Spotter. Our aim is to give a unique experience to our guests. We love the lifestyle that Vanuatu has to offer, friendly faces, pristine waters, amazing sunsets and a glass of wine or two!
