309 on Titanium is conveniently situated between the Helderberg Mountain Range and the idyllic Strand Beachfront. You have an array of local restaurants to choose from with quick and easy access onto the N2. Head down to the ground floor and be pampered at the luxurious Nuudo Botique Spa. Order breakfast to be delivered to your front door by scanning the QR code for the menu. Alternatively, take a slow stroll across to Montreal Coffee and Bagels. After work, enjoy a round of golf at Strand Gold Club or hit a few balls at The Golf Village, Somerset West.
I am absolutely loving my baby garden and raising it while the kids are at school. I enjoy exercising and there is nothing like a good hike in the mountains or a walk on the beach. I love exploring the Winelands with my family and I am obsessed with all it has to offer us.
Somerset West is absolutely incredible. It's a big and beautiful town with a small family-like feel. It packs some serious punches with what it has on offer. From a booming workforce to exquisite local restaurants to beautifully tiring hiking terrains in the Helderberg Mountains. Somerset West is located 15 minutes away from Stellenbosch and only 30 minutes away from the Mother City. Some wonderful attractions of our town are: • The Golf Village driving range. • Vergelegen • Lourensford • Morgenster • Pajamas and Jam Eatery • Strand Golf Club • Padel X • Strand Beach Front • Helderberg Nature Reserve • At the foot of the Stellebosch Wine Route
