The Cosmopolitan is known for its prime location. The orientation of 601 has one of the best views in the building, boasting sea views. There is an inverter in the event of loadshedding or power outages in the apartment. And all in all it is an inviting, clean, comfortable space to come home to and make memories in.
Prime location at the corner of Sea Point and Bantry Bay. A short walk to the promenade, around the corner from Saunders Beach. The Cosmopolitan is located on Regent Road which boasts some of Sea Points best restaurants, shops and exercise classes.
