Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with modern finishes. Our apartment is bright and spacious. Direct beach access right behind the Umhlanga main beach. Watch the surfers, dolphins and whales from the balcony in the morning. 600 meters away from shopping centers, restaurants and pubs of the Umhlanga village. All bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning. Free WiFi as well as gas braai/BBQ on the balcony. Full DSTV premium package. Complex has a pool and charcoal braai facilities as well. Main Bedroom has a Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom contains a spacious walk in shower. A 49" LG Smart TV with its own DSTV premium package as well as a dressing table and air con, the main bedroom leads out onto the balcony. Second Bedroom has a Double side bed with a 40" Samsung Smart TV, second bedroom also leads out onto the main balcony, with air con. Third Bedroom has two single beds with air con. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom, which contains a shower and free standing bath tub. Our kitchen is well equipped with quartz counter tops, a microwave, dishwasher, tumbler dryer and washing machine as well as an electric oven/hob.
Love being outdoors, playing or watching sports. Going on holiday is by far my favorite thing to do! Playing golf and watching rugby and football are my ideal things to do.
Umhlanga really has it all! Restaurants, bars, Beaches, shopping and many more!! Restaurants In the village, which is a 5 minute walk. Little Havana Ile Maurice The Grill Room (Oyster Box Hotel) The Chefs Table Turn and Tender Butcher Boys Mytho’s Doppio Zero La Lucia is 5 kms away. Al Firenze Umdloti is 10 kms away. La Casa Nostra Bel Punto Mundo Vida Beaches Well the beach is right outside the apartment of course! But if you’re wanting to swim we suggest the Umhlanga Main Beach which is 600 meters along the promenade. Looking to play some golf on the coast?? No problem..... Mount Edgecombe Country has 2 golf courses situated 7kms from our unit. Zimbali Country Club - 25kms along the freeway is just 25 mins away. Durban Country Club (ranked 5th in South Africa) is only 12kms away while its brother course (DCC Beachwood) is only 7kms away. Fishing Just Fishing Charters offers a range of fishing adventures. Whether you’re looking at going deep sea, backline or harbour fishing, they’ll tailor a trip just for you.
